Enlisted Army Soldiers and officers may qualify for Military Service Obligation reductions and up to two years of stabilization (certain states may offer more). Officers must have no adverse actions against you (e.g., Conduct Unbecoming an Officer or two-time Non-Select).
– Work with a Reserve Component Career Counselor (RCCC) up to 180 days prior to your separation date for a smooth transition with no break in service.
– Talk to a Silver Siege Reserve Component transition officer up to one year prior to your date of separation for a smooth transition with no break in service.

The Enlisted Affiliation Bonus is offered to current enlisted service members who affiliate directly into a critical vacancy in the Army National Guard from the Active Army.
