If you're ready to re-enlist, contact a Retention NCO to find out what re-enlistment bonuses and opportunities are available to you. Soldiers can qualify for different bonuses depending on their rank, experience level and many other factors. You could receive anywhere from $5,000 to $10,000 upon re-enlistment. Your Retention NCO is also a great resource for career counseling and advice for your future in and out of the Guard.

The National Guard offers many programs to help students attend and pay for school. Choose your state from the list below to see the contact information for your local Education Services Officer (ESO). These officers will be able to talk to you about the specific education programs available in your state and help you determine the best fit for your needs.
