Overview
The Yellow Ribbon Program allows institutions of higher learning in the United States to enter voluntarily into an agreement with DVA to fund tuition expenses that exceed the annual tuition cap. Payment is made directly to the school on behalf of the student when the school's enrollment certification is processed.
