2LT Rompel is thrilled to be fulfilling his childhood dream of flying Black Hawk helicopters. As an Aviation Officer in the Army National Guard, he gets to pursue his passion as he serves his state, participating in firefighting missions or transporting troops and equipment for Special Forces and Navy Seals operations.
