OVERVIEW The Transportation Senior Sergeant is responsible for supervising the personnel and operation of cargo by air, rail, motor transport and water. They are experts in all matters relating to railway operations, managing, coordinating and supervising the maintenance of Army watercraft. They also develop plans to protect the mechanical assets under their command.
