El periodo de entrenamiento varía para cada puesto en función al MOS que seleccione. Algunas escuelas pueden durar de tan solo 4 hasta 9 semanas, mientras que otros trabajos de mayor especialidad o importancia pueden tomar hasta 64 semanas. Para las Fuerzas Especiales, el entrenamiento es aún más largo.
