Job training - What it is:
There are several ways to become an officer, including ROTC (held at your college), a federal- or state-level Officer Candidate School program, or for certain specialties, a direct commission. Each path includes extensive leadership training, general Army education and real-world exercises. When you're done, you'll be a leader of some of the most exceptional men and women our nation has to offer.
Job training - What you'll do:
- Learn where the Army has been, and where it's going
- Learn risk management techniques
- Get a broad education on Army principles and techniques
- Learn how to perform in stressful environments when people are counting on you
- Perform physical training, shaping your body and your mind while you learn
