Job training - What it is:
Your job-specific training is called Advanced Individual Training, or AIT. In the aviation world, this is where you'll work hands-on in the world of helicopters or unmanned aerial vehicles. You'll learn how they work, how they operate and how you fit in as a member of the world's finest military aviation force.
Job training - What you'll do:
- Receive training specific to your Military Occupational Specialty, or MOS
- Receive any civilian certifications appropriate for your job
- Continue to perform regular physical exercise
- Learn aviation concepts like airspace requirements and aviation maintenance
- Learn how Army aviation computer systems work
